Terms & Conditions
- An advance payment of PKR 175,000 per person is required to confirm the package and begin visa assistance, appointment scheduling and document preparation.
- Package price is per person based on triple-sharing occupancy.
- Travel period: July, August and September 2026, subject to final group departure schedule.
- Hotels mentioned are subject to availability; a similar category hotel may be provided where required.
- Niagara accommodation is based on weekday rates (Monday to Thursday).
- Any increase in airline fare, airline taxes, hotel rates, exchange rate or government taxes will be charged separately.
- Cancellation charges will apply according to company policy.
- The itinerary may change due to weather, operational needs, local regulations or unforeseen circumstances.
- US visa approval and appointment availability are solely at the discretion of the US Embassy/Consulate.
- Passport must have at least six months’ validity from the intended travel date.
