- Package booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Package price is per person on twin-sharing basis and is subject to seat, hotel and visa availability at the time of booking.
- Airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice until full payment and final confirmation.
- Thailand visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Marhaba Al Harmain does not guarantee visa approval.
- The visa fee, service charges and any non-refundable supplier charges will be deducted in case of visa refusal, cancellation or incomplete documentation.
- Guests must provide complete, accurate and genuine documents within the required timeline. Any delay or rejection due to incomplete or incorrect documents will be the traveller’s responsibility.
- The itinerary, hotels, flights, transport and activities may be amended due to airline schedules, weather, operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control. Equivalent alternatives will be arranged where possible.
- Any additional expenses caused by flight delay, cancellation, denied boarding, baggage loss, medical emergency, immigration issue or personal reasons will be borne by the traveller.
- No refund will be applicable for unused services, missed transfers, sightseeing, meals or hotel nights after the journey has started.
